Local video storage

The videos you upload to DarkOps, the cuts generated from them, and the videos imported from image banks (Pexels, Pixabay) are saved locally, on the disk of the computer where you're using DarkOps — they are not kept on DarkOps's servers.

For that reason, DarkOps is not responsible for the loss of these files due to equipment failure, reformatting, accidental deletion, changing computers, or any other problem on your machine. We recommend keeping your own backup of important videos (for example, by copying the chosen folder to another disk or a backup service you trust).

CTAs and custom effects you create in DarkOps stay stored in the cloud, private by default — they only become visible to other people if you explicitly choose to share them with the DarkOps community.
